Victorines Performacne LLC
I always dreamed of owning my own dealership, and after 20-plus years of corporate training, I decided to give it a shot. What a wonderful endeavor, but unfortunately it hasn't made enough money. I believe we tend to regret the things we don’t have the courage to try. There is no shame in not succeeding, only in not trying.

EXPERTISE
INSTRUCTOR/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
ANALYST
MASTER TECHNICIAN
I've spent decades designing courses that I teach. I believe strongly that you cannot design or teach something that you do not understand yourself.
If an idea can not be explained simply, it is not understood well enough.
My coworkers commonly refer to me as the “Man of Science”. I have devoted my life to understanding the nature of things.
Once you understand a system or design, it does not matter who made it or what it goes in. Engineering is based on fundamental principles and standardized design methodology.
I spend weeks if not months researching content, back-testing and evaluating ideas, and then designing everything that I've learned into whatever it is that I’m creating.
During the first two years that I worked for Suzuki motor corporation, I was a quality assurance analyst. I know how to generate reports, create pivot tables, design spreadsheets and interpret data.
Anyone who has attempted to write a book or something large and complex will appreciate the importance of doing all the research.
I've had people ask “How in the world do you manage to write all that content?” The reality is if you do all the research, the book reveals itself.
If you cannot write the book, you have not done the work, or you do not understand the subject well enough.
I started my career as Technician, I hold Master's Certifications in Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda. I know a vast product line from boats, Motorcycles, ATVs, generators, cars, and even pressure washers.
I care deeply about technicians and have devoted my life to supporting them. I understand their strengths, weaknesses, and mindset.
